Oolong is a humanoid pig with the power to transform. He was attend Transformation School with Puar, but was kicked out due to his behavior and never fully learned how to fully control his power of transformation. His transformation only last for 5 minutes and then he needs to wait a minute before he can transform again. Oolong use to abduct girls and take them back to his palace. But all the girls just took advantage of his stolen wealth. He was eventually stopped by Goku.
