Summary
Goku and Chichi make it to Roshi's island, but Chichi isn't sure Master Roshi is really the great martial artist. She thows her blade at him while his back is turned. He tries to stop it with his staff but is unsuccessful. This makes Chichi doubt him more, but she is convinced after he shows her his license. Turtle tells Master Roshi that he threw the Basho Fan into the ocean because it was sticky. Master Roshi tells the children not to worry as he will handle the fire himself. Goku and Chichi set off on the Flying Nimbus, but since Master Roshi is not pure of heart he cannot ride with them. Instead he calls Baby Gamera to take him to Fire Mountain. When Master Roshi arrives he is dizzy because Baby Gamera flies by spinning. He scolds the Ox King for his turn to evil before handling the problem. Master Roshi climbs up on a wall, charges the ki from his body and launches a Kamehameha. When the smoke clears the fire is gone and so is the mountain. Master Roshi tells Goku that it would take him 50 years to teach him the Kamehameha. Goku then tries and successfully does a small one blowing up the car to everyone's surprise, though Goku is disappointed by it. Bulma gets the dragon ball from the rubble and Master Roshi was promised some tome with Bulma. Bulma instead has Oolong chang into her though. Oolong takes things a little far and then the crew is ready to go. Ox King gives them a replacement car and they head off.
